Let me see. A fifty year old helicopter that had been in six fatal accidents just in the previous year. And the president and minister of foreign affairs TOGETHER in that helicopter, flying in high winds whipping around and through mountain passes, in a pea-soup fog that admitted very short visibility. Somehow this whole setup does not seem very accidental.

Sadly, helicopters and mountains are a very dangerous mix. Helicopters and cloudy fog enshrouded mountains, are oft a fatal mix. I can't fathom why the pilot took such a chance..
