I went thru lots of storms in my life my life on earth but am honored I got to serve on this awesome ship an my other ship in japan afs4 my 4yrs active sea duty.

Thank you for your service. There’s no better country to serve than the United States of America. Great Britain is cool as well but the U.S. is the best. I just hope woke politics doesn’t ruin them like they are doing here.

My grandfather was there onbord the battleship New Jersey.. he was held from Retirement to help train the modern Navy.. GMCM Reed 63 to 86

I was glad I got to meet our chief of naval operations before I got out of navy Admiral watkins in virginia get nice picture signed by him before I got out on medical discharge April 1988

It's just sad navy shut down these massive ships due to costs I guess I think with our budget as it is today we could still could have had these ships.
