Unfortunately, Buhari appointed a low intellect spokesperson to boss a highly literate and intelligent veteran journalist like Femi Adesina, who was a President of the Guild of Editors, at the time of his appointment. And in all circles, one cannot usurp his boss. That Shehu Garba was also a Fulani implant, who was more loyal to the caliphate than his principal. Possibly, if Adesina had been the senior special Assistant to PMB, he might have done better. Al the same, I admire Ngalele far more than I would ever do both of the last spokes team of the former President. This is a breath of fresh air.

It needs to be stated that not enough attention is seen yet from the Preisident Tinubu on the issue of Power and Security. His Development efforts will not take off as it should be if these problems fails to attract his required attention. All we are saying is that the State should be assisted with reasonable grant to provide Electricity needs of her Citizens with the understanding that if they fail to make good Use of this money for the purpose the money is met for, " the Grant will be deducted back at source" Surely, the the Governors wiill be up to do. Again on the issue of Security, we are expecting President Tinubu to sponsor a Bill for State police to be well equiped even more than AK series Guns.

This is one element to many processes of National growth . Unfortunately Nigeria has experienced more foreign investments than most developed Nations yet we have not grown past biased wealth distribution and imposed poverty, economic destitution and indebtedness in tune of billions of dollars and still counting. Therefore the dysfunction is beyond investors. Truth here is, a foundational dysfunction of corruption and impunity would not sustain any meaningful structure no matter how enterprising it seems. Our rich Nation should not be a hub for parasitic partnership of minute national contributions yet robust personal gains and cronyistic privileges . Again, where are Nigerian expertises thriving in foreign land are they not good enough to resuscitate their country. So making Nigeria great begins with us and our conscience. You may deceive man but can't deceive God. A stroke of cane is enough for the wise. God bless Nigeria 🇳🇬 and our youths 🙏✌

Really? Come to UK and see what is called foreign investment… Nigeria never receive anything
@barbyyakubu6718
@barbyyakubu6718 Жыл бұрын
When I refer to foeign investments it is not how many small and large scale companies investing but the financial strength and revenue generation in relative to poverty level and economic instability of Nigeria. I don't know if you are visiting UK or lives here in UK or Europe and for how long, to understand that if these countries were as naturally endowed as Nigeria it would be superdeveloped. UK outside other bilateral trades are mainly into manufacturing ; aircraft engines, parts, on and off road vehicles and parts, refining of crude and taxing. So it is about how well utilised and managed these proceeds are for purposes of development, sustainability, self reliant and poverty alleviation . Let's use our oil sector as a casestudy; Oil production and exportation began btw 1956/1960. Between then and now we have recorded about 30 foreign licenced oil investors in tune of trillions of dollars investment excluding other unlicensed and untaxed activities . Since the shutdown of our delapilated refineries btw 2020 and 2021 till date crude export investment is ongoing intune of billions and billions of dollars. This year first five month, revenues about 11billiin dollars ( opec records) excluding shenanigans in gas and solid minerals. Nigeria exports crude to some European markets, India, South Africa, US and China yet we are indebted to China in tune of 5.16 billion dollars presently and still counting how do you justify this.

@olusolaolugosi1485

The automobile industry presents a production opportunity. 1. Is a global issue but is felt more due to the weakness of the naira. Increase FDI and put less strain on your Fx earnings and the dollar-to-naira rate goes down and in turn, affects the pump price 2. Deals with the Indian Military Industry and Nigeria's DICON were struck so we produce 40% of what we need to secure the country.......this was mentioned in this video 3. Yes, more needs to be done. 4. As for agriculture, investigations into disbursement and repayment of loans under the last admin's anchor borrowers program are underway so as to retrieve the ones that haven't been paid and look for a more efficient way of doing it to improve local yield as the president already declared state emergency on food security. Port-harcourt refinery has been undergoing repairs before and the repairs are still on going. Time is of the essence and there was a legal stop to subsidy that was going to take effect

This my guy talks alot. If you want to see real action and results, it might be helpful to approach it in a different way. One effective approach could be gathering a team of experienced Nigerians in the field and presenting them with a well-defined target. By having this team ready to start implementing the plans immediately, you can ensure that progress begins right away. For example, in the case of aircraft manufacturing, it would be beneficial to have all the necessary paperwork and land preparations completed months or even years in advance. This way, when the president arrives in India, everything is already set in motion, and there are no delays. Taking proactive measures like these increases the likelihood of achieving tangible outcomes.

I think this is a wrong thinking...Indians are not about exploitation...we are a country also exploited over decades by Britain...we dont have policies that have ever exploited any country like China or America....Nigeria & India partnership is thes best thing for Nigeria to grow as Afria's biggest Democracy...all investment in Nigeria of big massive industries is either Indian run or indian owned...if you want to be a serious democracy Indian model is the one to learn from...IT or information Technology training is one thing Nigeria can really learn on...more IT professionals in Nigeria the more IT buisnesses can open up...dont think negative...think positive...morw Indian investment is the way to go for Nigeria...Also,i would like Nigeria to open up huge textile mills like the on going ATMS projext on going in Benin Republic and Togo...why should Nigeria import cloth and garments from China when there where numerous indeginous Indian run textile mills in the 90's...with democracy in Nigeria they killed those industries...time to revive them back...textile mills employ thousands of ppl...believe dont hate. ...❤

Indians are far better than Americans, here in the UK the majority of my friends are Indian, good people. You should be more afraid of westerners and Chinese than Indian. Even in Nigeria they're very hardworking and straightforward people. Please be careful what you say about people.

*How India treats other weaker nations:-* Bangladesh and India had a boundary dispute regarding their sea boundary (where the Exclusive Economic Zone lies). The case went to International Court and that court ruled in Bangladesh's favour. India did not pursue the matter any further and accepted the judgement. There is no more dispute now. *How USA treats other weaker nations:-* Chagos island dwellers were kicked out and USA built a military base on their island (Diego Garcia). International Court ruled against the illegal foreign occupation. USA did not comply. Americans still hold the islands. Chagossians are still deprived of their ancestral birthright, their home. And this dude says "Indians are same as Americans".

India is not my ideal choice of partner given how their society is structured against darker people. But the defence agreement may be of significance if FG is serious. Why not do it with China or Russia instead. The reason its happening now is because the West know BRICS is rising and they want to ensure we remain within their orbit. This is why suddenly AU is allowed to G20 and they are now listening for Nigeria to join it. China is far more advanced than India and China can build fast too. Why is Nigeria always hooked to nations that are linked too closely to the West.

"Why not partner with war criminals with nuclear warfare capabilities who have paracitized your country"
@2naija
@2naija Жыл бұрын
@@invenitur4231 did not say we should partner with West. Indians have proven themselves too much like the west in terms of their relationship with black Africans. The Russians are strong but can never colonise Africa on their own hence pose less threat. And Russia has a history of being loyal allies including to India that seems to be stabbing Russia in the back lately in their game of playing both sides.

@@2naija That is Because Russia is in an unjust war with ukraine and have the capacity to start a mass nuclear war. We literally just had a nuclear scare a few days ago. Modern thought is past these petty gains and losses, first think about the future of mankind as a whole before thinking about how to make that serve your people. Expedient gains like "Russian and Chinese Loyalty" will not serve you when shit hits the fan. Russia and China are 99.99% not looking out for anyones best interest except their own. If you think these don't matter maybe go watch or rewatch documentries and reviews of the world wars and nuclear warfare, and know the how Russian and Chinese ideologies contributed. Not saying a parnership with said countries isn't to be supported but perhaps not under the current status quo. Maybe (Hopefully) after war and economic tensions die down

You are mentally sick or a Chinese paid slave. I have far darker skin than any Nigerian. I am a proud Indian. If you don't want India's friendship then no problem. Try with China and Russia. After 10 years you will come back after getting under heavy debt from dirty China
