In which nothing was resolved or accomplished. What did happen, however, was Kim Jung Un was elevated & seen as an equal to the US, a country with a democracy it has successfully upheld for 229 yrs. No other country in the world can say that. Trump stroked Kim's ego & gave him international prestige w/o having to earn it. Kim, a man who has starved his own ppl, kept them silent & submissive in a police state, murdered members of his own family, and disallows anyone in NK from speaking out against him. Kim should not be trusted or treated as an ally, bc he's a ruthless tyrant. There was a reason why previous administrations did not want to meet with NK. They cannot be trusted and should not be recognized as an ally, and certainly not an equal. Trump performed this fruitless "stunt" solely for his own purposes - perhaps to be eligible for the Nobel Peace prize. Just to briefly recount, Trump called Kim "fat and short" and "rocket man" on Twitter a mere couple months ago, but suddenly, now Kim (a brutal dictator) is "very talented" and has "run his country tough" and is a "great person" and "He trusts me" and "I trust him." How you could go from insulting him like that to utterly praising him within the span of a couple months is absurd. Basically, all Trump cares about is his own damn ego and what's most opportunistic for him in a given moment. That should be no secret at this point to anyone who has functioning brain cells. Not even a liberal or conservative thing. They signed a vague ass agreement that really doesn't actually do anything except give North Korea more leverage overall. There's nothing in the agreement that puts real pressure on NK to denuclearlize, but the agreement does say that US and South Korea will completely stop the joint military exercises. All Trump really has done is legitimize Kim and his brutal regime by heaping undeserving praises on it, also while giving them far more leverage in the agreement. That doesn't add up to a real win for us. That's what I would call a win for NK. Trump just changed his whole tune when he realized this whole summit would make him look really good, because of course, he's the first president to do this. That's it. He's in it for himself. On a related note, would you please tell me why Trump would want to not keep Iran denuclearized (*cough* Obama) but wants to try and do that to North Korea? You don't find that inconsistent at all? Saying that Iran wasn't complying (which wasn't even true, they were) and then he goes on to say that NK is "no longer a nuclear threat" like he has any idea what's actually happening, LOL. This was a photo op more than anything else and demonstrated that Trump's ego and narcissism are what dictate his behavior and decisions in any given moment.

When ever the camera comes in for a closeup on Trump they seem to saturate the image... note the flags in the background are saturated red and bleeding colour, being out of focus is not the issue because the long shot is the true colour and Trumps face looks normal. Is this another nasty tactic from the MSM?? I think the POTUS handled this interview very well.

The EU doesnt take our agricultural products because we spray (HEAVILY) with Glyphosate (round up ready) which is Toxic and a carcinogen . The US uses too many GMO's and has tainted meat. 80% of the antibiotic use in the USA goes to livestock. I wouldnt want those products either. I want the USA to be more like the EU, who have ethical farming practices and care about their citizens health.. Most of the food here in the US is nutrient deficient, leading people to eat more and more....leading to diabesity (diabetes and obesity) and other dreadful diseases...but unless with vote with our $ (& our ballots!) things won't change. The food and meat industry is powerful, EDUCATE YOURSELF so you can help to fight them, even if it's just voting with your $$

As a trump supporter / veteran who has served on the Korean peninsula in 2008 I'm concerned. Not because Trump doesn't know what he's doing I don't trust the regime in North Korea. President Trump should Tred more carefully. These are not just war games! This is training for our military as someone who's been a part of that exercise.
