No matter the president it always gets to me when they discuss their parents who are deceased. It's gotta be bittersweet to climb this highest of hills and not have your parents around to see that their child became the president of the United States. From Trumps parents to Obamas grandma who died days before the election. Imagine how proud they would have been.

the real reason the desk is empty is because he does his work in another room, where the table is PILED UP WITH PAPERS, worse than his table in Trump's Tower! He says that's because he has to keep the Oval Office table empty cuz people always wanna take a photo there and he can't possibly remove everything for every photo.

There’s no where for him to hide in the event of criticism. Yet he still found a million corners to hide in. John Dickerson had to break it down for him as if he was talking to a kid.

All I want to see is Trump giving a comical light hearted tour of the Whitehouse, but no. Every new reporting always bemoans him as attempts to dehumanize Trump and throws all these insinuatory questions. It’s like they need to learn to just have fun and laugh with the guy. Trump has one hell of a pair on him. I would have been so mad at that reporter if I was trump. Trump didn’t even bat an eye, it didn’t even faze him, with how rude the reporter was. Trump answered the reporter’s questions with intelligence and empathy. That is very respectable.

I just watched an old video of Bill Clinton doing a tour and interview in the Oval Office. He talks about some of the multiple books he was simultaneously reading at the time, what he loves about the office, the history of the particular desk he used. So incredibly intelligent and articulate. And then I watch this, Trump talks like a fourth grader lol
