PreSonus StudioLive 16.0.2 USB Inputs & Outputs Tutorial

In this video I explain the Inputs and Outputs on the PreSonus StudioLive 16.0.2 USB.
The PreSonus StudioLive 16.0.2 USB is a 16 channel digital mixer. It has 12 XLR inputs or 16 1/4 inch TRS line level inputs spread over 12 channels. Channels 9/10, 11/12, 13/14 and 15/16 are able to be a mono or stereo channel on the same fader where channels 1-8 can be linked to make a stereo input. The board has 4 mono aux sends which can be paired into two stereo auxes as well as two built in effects racks for adding reverbs, delays and modulation effects. The channels have +48V Phantom Power, Polarity Reverse, HPF, Gate, Compressor/Limiter and a 3-band parametric EQ. Additionally on the console is a USB connection to bring 18 channels in and 16 channels out of your favorite DAW like PreSonus Studio One Artist.

I ordered about a week ago the very same board. I was hoping to be able to transport it to the drummers house and do some recording. I wanted to eventually bring it to studio one. I was hoping to use it somewhat of a DAW controller and replace both my Scarlett 18i20 and my faderport 8. With such few videos and information of the usb version on KZbin and the Presonus site, I concluded this wasn't the board for me and they refunded my money and I decided to put it towards the Studiolive 32sc with DAW integration. You might want to explain in one of your pending videos the limitations of the usb control. I feel it is more of a great live board.

Hey can you do a special video about the MIDI controling??? My special question is if there ia a way to assign the midi out to give me an on/off signal when one of the mic channels fader goes up... Actualy i want to mute my monitors when i turn on my mics... Thanks a lot, i would appreciate an answer on that!!!! Any solution is welcome

Hi i am a One Man Band with no sound man. To get a a fairly acurate account of levels in a live gig going out of the main Left and Right eg My backing tracks, my Guitar and Vx are all as they should be. would i plug my monitor / foldback into the Mono imput at the back of the mixer and listen to my lvels from there ?.
