So cool. I wish i could afford a studiolive series 3. A couple years ago i had the studiolive 16.4.2 firewire mixer and i loved it!! Dont have it anymore but i do love the studiolive mixers and adding that DAW mode with motorized faders is so beautiful.

It would be super cool to offload the DSP load when running effect plugins in StudioOne, since the mixer already has those effects built in. Sort of how the UAD systems work. Also, is there a way to utilize the center encoder pot, above the master controls, as a job wheel?

Nice video. If you wanted to advance the music further up the timeline, I don't see a Fast Forward transport button. How would you fast forward the song? Also, can you store locations on the timeline to jump to stored in memory? Thanks. Phil

Controlling other DAWS such as Cakwalk X3, If it wasn't tested, Can you find out? What setting needs to be setup. I Preferr Cakewalk not studio One.

Hi Sir. when i open up my Io settings in Studio One 5 , the output section just gives me 64 outputs but no MIx Outputs . i need to run Pipeline and cannot find any working solution to do so... i have searched high and low. Do you have any advice. Thank You

Why would I use DAW mode when I can route DAW channels over the audio interface to the mixer?

Track names from sessions on scribble strips import automatically in Daw mode .. If you work with lots of importing of stems this saves lots of time .

@@technoscout anyone who works with other recording studios. We work in Studio One, but we also track in another studio with protools. Stems are a very common practice. Escpecially working remotely . I'm no statistician tho. I have a template in studio one with my usual load out. You can do the same , just match what you have on your current 32sx scene and save as user template in SO. Workflow friendly.

not when you have 32 inputs on the back of the mixer, but you can add up to another 32 with two 16.8 stage boxes.

Inbuilt 4 port Thunderbolt 4|USB4 hub for daisy chaining (like their Quantum interfaces) and external storage to complement the SD Card, AVB hub built in too no need for an external AVB hub. The processing power in an iPad Pro is ridiculous so may be we see a next generation with inbuilt full Studio One DAW OS. 😁😁😁
