Yes! I recently talked to a friend in the area, and when I mentioned their baked beans, his face lit right up. There is a lot of personality there!

If one can afford it, then dining at Canterbury Royale in Fort Fairfield is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. You must book and place your order weeks in advance. Probably the best restaurant in New England (read the reviews if you need proof).
