Souttar has been our best defender this season. He is also not a Rangers class CB when you compare him to our best past CBs. Both aformetnioned points are true and indicative of how bad our team is. Since the Scotland game vs a CR7 who had one of the poorest nights of his career, this press induced myth has started that Souttar is now the Messiah. He is guff abd still has poor lapses in concentration. Lets see as we hit this vital period how good he is. Souttar for me is a Dundee level player, and that's where he should have stayed. We took him as he was cheap. He was part of the reason we folded in the run-in. Souttar, Tav, Propper are ones if we could I would rid us of, along with Dowell, Lawrence, and the two brokem boys who can barely string a handful of games, Ridvan and Matondo, and lastly Dessers. Until we are rid of them, we will continue to struggle. I wanted two big powerful, quick and imposing CBs, that were good in the air and on the deck for the league in the summer, a RB, CDM with experience and a LW and another striker. Hopefully, we can bring investment in and raise the quality. Much of this team and the Waffler is not good enough.
