I was at Twickenham in August when SA munched us. It was shocking to watch that game, and to be an AB supporter with the crowd mainly Saffa's, tough night. Truly humbling. For Fozzie and the boys to let that go, to stay the course, shows immense self belief and mental discipline. ☯ Also to win against an awesome Ireland team with 14 men for 20 minutes, so proud of you boys!!!!!

I was there too. One thing I will say for the South Africans in the stadium is how decent in victory they were. No grief at all. Definitely a humbling match to watch, but I never lost faith. On that occasion they were nowhere near as clinical as they need to be and they made too many errors. It's good to be beaten sometimes - we learn more from failure than success.

Commiserations to a gallant Irish 🇮🇪 team. Never a doubt that this was going to be the game of games at this RWC 💯 . As a staunch AB supporter, I feel for Johnathan Sexton. A whole nation on your shoulders & now having to carry the chokers quarter final tag to go with it. I have said that the only way you could beat this Irish🍀 side was the chip over the top of the best defense ever, & to attack around the fringes wide. The AB's carried this out exactly 💯 👏. This was a RWC final. Both these teams showed why we all love Rugby 🏉 👏. I only hope Ireland 🇮🇪 can recover from this. So glad both silenced their keyboard warrior critics. Beauden was also included. Where are the numpties now? 😅😂😅... this game will go down now as an all time classic.

ALL BLACKS did it again. Ireland have done well but the experience is key I believe. That timed tackle by ALB late in the match sucked the last momentum the Irish had. What was Whitelock penalised for when he clearly rolled away quickly, which then lead to a pen try and carding for Taylor. Why no carding for two Irish players clearly taking Jordy Barrett out when Smith is carded for a fingertip on the ball? Trying to pretend that clear scrum pens equate to parity and unbiased reffing doesn't make sense, so I don't think I'll be taking you seriously either lad.

Ian foster says teams get cards playing Ireland and says he don't know why that what the rugby World want to know why do teams always gets cards when playing against Ireland so it makes fans think its the international rugby official committee are corrupt and it seem those at the top don't reveiw their no calls unfair cards etc and so that the only conclusion if why every team gets cards when majority of the time teams that play against Ireland dont deem a card

Teams get cards against Ireland because of the pressure Ireland puts on the opposition. I’m a kiwi and ABs fan but Ireland are world class and deserved there no 1 rank. How many times have the ABs in the past going into WC as favourites and get knocked out in the semis and the 1 quarter. Great game from both teams ABs just had more answers today

@Endeavour02 oh yeah just like that no call when the Irish player had his hand in the ruck right lol but no call by Barnes allowing the Irish to play on right how that Ireland putting pressure on other teams let alone in this game against the all blacks lol Ireland dont put pressure on other teams bias corrupt refs put pressure on other teams with no calls and rubbish yellow cards

Bunch of cheats. When NZ defends by committing fouls over and over and over the game is unplayable. Its a fault in the sport itself. If one team decides to just do anything it takes to stop you scoring then there isnt a mechanism in the sport to either stop them repeating it or give the opposition suitable reward. 25 years ive been watching rugby and it wasnt until last year i realised that there is a real issue in rugby with this glaring fault in the game.
