I’ve been involve with the same man for almost two years now, he keep coming back and forth into my life and now the time came that a calling for purity is so strong, that although i love him so much i find myself being at peace with loosing him and staying pure. I feel in these last past month I’ve been in my pressing moment I feel like thing are getting squeezed out of me for the good but it’s hard cus the things that were bad in my life I grew up with those things my whole life. And god is pressing it all out but it get tough cus the enemy try’s everything to get you off track. I just opened up to God that I'm scared of struggling financially. I saw how much our parents struggled to put us through school and I see people struggling everyday going hungry and not having a job for years. And I'm at a place where I might or might not lose my job at the end of the year. Like I know life has ups and downs and I will face hardships at some point but I really don't want the landlord to close the house on me and to be jobless for years. I told God that if I don't keep my job at the end of the year I will still love him and trust him but honestly it's very scary I cannot even deny. I am thankful for everything that I have now but I'm so used to being down that when good things happen I just expect bad things to happen. Last year and this year have been good to me so a voice keeps on whispering in my ear that it's not gonna last I should expect trouble. I really do trust in God even if things don't go my way but I'm honestly scared.

Thank you for sharing this as I am sure it is not easy to open up about such visceral, deep-seated fears. I understand and sympathise with you saying that it seems as if the good things will only ever crumble and cannot last, but perhaps the Lord wants you to know, firstly, that what He provides is to be enjoyed as a moment or season of provision, not as "a step closer to losing everything again". Expecting things to crash and preparing for it are, in my experience and opinion, quite different - the first keeps us from ever revelling in the Lord's power at present as we are so petrified that soon it will be our "time" to snap and plummet over the cliff face. Preparing for some form of upset, on the other hand, is not perhaps so detrimental, as it brings us from our reverie and idealistic tendencies as humans to realise that yes, at some point there is likely to be change, and not always as we expect it. I know none of this is rooted in scripture and is purely my personal view on life at present, but these revelations have come to me through the Lord's Word and His gift of wisdom bestowed upon every lesson I walk through. A verse I will point you to is this: ' But He said to them, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm.' ~ Matthew 8:26 Even through our most tumultuous of trials, He is there to not only tame the seas of our worry, but also to still and stay the very boat in which we stand. HE will always provide for us in our times of desperation and seeming despair, and so long as you trust with your very spirit that He will give you what you need - not necessarily what you want - you will never have to fear for being on the streets or without another means of living. Praise Him in all you do, have and say, and know that we as disciples of His word are praying with and for you. X

I wasn’t able to create a budget, but I was faithful to tithe and God was faithful to me , he stretched my money, I never lost anything, didn’t get anything cut off , God even blessed me with a new car that I didn’t ask for .... trust him ❤️🥰😘
