I think you have genuinely one of the best (if not the best) content for physical training we can get from Internet.

Very helpful! I'm running your easy strength program for the fisrt time and put the half kneeling press in as my veritcal press movement. Coming from dumbbells and barbells I put the weight out exactly how you said someone with my background would. Very quickly got to a kettle bell that was big enough to rest on my bicep at the bottom of each rep, forcing me to do half reps really. I see the error now!

Well, thank you for letting me know this. I have three pressing (overhead) techniques: my barbell press, my dumbbell press, and my KB press. Slight differences, true, but still worth reminding myself...much appreciated.

Want to do a minimalist program for 3-6 months. But can’t decide between cleans and dips or deads and push ups. Does it matter? Goal is being simple and putting on some mass with Minimal thought process.

Why not switch every 6 weeks between your suggestions? That way you get variety to keep on progressing 💪 I'd perhaps suggest making sure you are doing pulls, presses, hip hinge and squats over a 6 month period. At the moment it the suggested exercises look very hinge & press maybe that's deliberate? 🙏

I really like barbell deadlifts and one arm KB presses or handstand push ups. Easy Strength style

I'm not Dan but Pavel wrote an article called "The Proper Thumb Position in Kettlebell Pulls" - it might have some of the answers you're looking for.

Dan, can you recommend a safe weight to start with for the waiter walk? Same as press weight? Thanks dude.
@DanJohnStrengthCoach7 ай бұрын
It's probably a good idea to go light and walk a bit first. If you have any stability issues, we want you to err on safety at first. Most men can do their press weights as the heavier day. It's not much on paper/video, but it can really get you.
