Pressing the Reset Button on my Life

I'm restarting my life after leaving a 20 year relationship. I talk about how I'm doing a month after the big move out of the marital home. It isn't always easy but I think it's getting better. I'm on a healing journey. Discussions include setting a routing for my health journey.
