That's so great that you were able to get that canner! I love to can. I think I will buy an extra seal for my canner.

@@SimplyJanHomestead i used a tax credit to buy it … I wish it wasn’t aluminum tho … or so massively heavy to lift ! … would also be nice if it fit in a sink to wash lol I really want a 1 layer smaller size just so it’s easier to use but I sure love being able to double stack quarts
