This was really informative for me. I've never dry canned, but really want to try the carrots. Seems like they would be tastier this way.

Yes, they taste like a carrot 🥕 I didn't like them in liquid 😳🤢 I will be showing much more of what I dry can in the coming weeks. Thanks for watching and commenting 🤗

My Presto came today YAY. Very informative Tracy, thanks. Going to test it out with fries and carrots tomorrow. Will report back 😊 The lady from (I think Croatia) does oven dry canning but adds a spoon of vinegar to each jar. I wonder if that could be done with pc dry canning as well.
