Jim Faulhaber from Florida, invented the bypass. The reason I use the injector on the straight part of the bypass, is the injector needs the pressure differential to open. More restrictions, cause back pressure, and it reduces chemical flow and can even shut off the venturi with a longer hose. The less back pressure on the injector, the better.

Like the video, I use a remote electric ball valve for down streaming, made for under 100.00 your way will give a little more flow for rinsing, which is good. That bypass, most put the chemical injector on the straight away because it supposedly pulls more chemicals that way verse having it in the loop. Run a test on yours, see what you think, I’d be curious. Never done a test myself, thanks again!

So by the time I get a valve ready for production it's going to be several thousands of dollars. I feel that the best solution is to buy the whole set up through FlowPro Soulutions. I used to have an 8gpm gear drive unit but if my bleach got a little weak it really struggled with taking heavy mildew off of houses at .6 percent that’s why I dropped back to the 7’s , if I done it full time it may have not been an issue with the bleach strength as I would have always have strong bleach, the 2.1 injector only pulls 64oz of chemical per minute with 150’ of hose
@toddluns12 жыл бұрын
I’m with you on using 7gpm instead of 8. I use Udor 7gpm pumps and for me it’s the sweet spot. Gives me enough flow for surface cleaning, pulls enough soap/SH for me to clean quickly, and doesn’t flood me out when I’m cleaning tight spots or places where water collects.
