You did a good job there pal. I washed for 20 years and your method is basically my SOP. One thing I will mention...if the homeowner is available have them open the garage door before you do your final spray. More times than not the surface cleaner will force dirty water under the garage door and leave a residue that is only visible to the homeowner once they open the garage door and you are gone. It's a good way to separate you from the other "professionals".

Appears you've been doing this awhile, but over 15 years at it I've stopped treating concrete before hand because it takes too long for the chemical to start working and end up having to treat afterwards as well. So if you have an 8gpm-12gpm pump your surface machine should do just fine without a diluted chem mix and just treat it afterwards and leave it. That will clear up any possible lines or any soil In the pockets of the concrete. Now if surface is so black and soiled im gonna wet the area real good including the grass around area and pre treat with a pretty stiff mixture for about 30 minutes hopefully there will be some structure to work on while waiting. Simply surface machine what the chemical has already eaten away good, wash down with wand, and post treat with a more diluted than pre treat. Just a suggestion, but not saying you are wrong g in the least because you are doing it text book and best for instructional purposes. Great job!!

Hi Bobby, This video is really informative. I pressure washed my driveway and walkway for the first time yesterday with a Worx Electric Pressure Washer Gun. I started off by blowing off any lose dirt and then I went over everything twice with the pressure washer. The area has not been cleaned for years and there ended up being a muddy mess in the gutter with a grouping of algae in a puddle of dirty water. I scraped some of the mud up this morning, but it's still gross. My thought was to let it all dry and then pressure wash it again, but I might end up causing another mess on my neighbors property or the street. How would you recommend cleaning up all the dirt/mud/algae for my situation after I waited a day? Also what could I have done to clean up the dirt in the gutter yesterday when I cleaned the driveway?
