Hi Uncle Jee, Any idea why Meredian is very slow. I went last week , only 6 towers are built for the phase 2 . Any idea ,if prestige will deliver by Oct 2025 as promised by the sales and CRM?

It's having number of flats more than other towers ....just near about 3000 flats so the progress is in full flow not slow. They will complete in stipulated rera time of 4 years ...so not to worry.Prestige knows that very well if not delivered in time then they have to compensate the rental..

It's fast moving under construction ...so entry from near the Aston Park is restricted at present..when they will allow entry then sure I will give updates when visit there....
