never buy this Hobtop from prestige I have one and it is really worst the cooking utensil always sit at higher height because of which it takes time to heat up also the igniter mechanism is faulty it never works and gives up after 4 months the rubber surrounding the three burners gets heated and becomes hard literally worst design by prestige

Yes, I too have same problem . Auto ignition hardly works fro 2 months. They replaced every three to four months while in warranty period and then they are dead. Lots of wastage of gas too, takes forever to cook due to the height problem between flame and utensils.

Same for the Preethi Blu Flame Decor. I bought it a couple years ago for 14k and it is the worst investment in my life.

The stove is Rs 5000, ( its not 25K, as mentioned in MRP), i got for 5000 in Bengalore, even you don't see anything worth even 2000, getting service by paying 2000 is not worth, max 500.

Good job.... But the prestige person who came home to clean, just asked me for a pin.... Bent the pin to a certain angle and then poked inside the small hole... That's it.... Done. And I had to pay 500 rupees for a pin prick. Absurd. Please Beware of such lazy service people from prestige.....
