Heat is not spreading evenly.. Dosa turns brown in centre soon.. Any tip for this

first heat high flame in dosa tawa then after make dosa put low flame...

Mera bhi dosa Tawa Prestige ka hai lekin abhi teen bar use karne ke bad bhi dosa chipakta hai please bataiye kya karun

It won't work.. Get another and try out in the trail period and if it doesn't work out replace till u get a good one .. Only online

Pehle do spoon aata sukha bhune kapre ki help se. Phir atta jhadkar saaf kar dein. Ab oil daal kar garm karein.ab cotton ke patle kapde se saaf karein. Dosa bilkul bhi nahin chipkega

IF YOU DONT WANT A STICKY TAWA FOLLOW THESE STEPS 1. WASH THOROUGHLY WITH SOAP AND WATER. DRY WITH TOWEL. 2. PUT SOME ROCK SALT AND GINGILY OIL AND SCRUB IT WITH ANOTHER FRESH SCRUBBER. NOW RINSE IT WELL. DO NOT ADD SOAP. 3. KEEP TAWA ON THE FLAME ON LOW HEAT TILL OIL IS REMOVED BY SMOKING. CAN TAKE AROUND 6- 10 MIN. THIS ENSURES NONSTICK PROPERTIES.4. ADD FEW DROPS OF OIL ADD LITTLE CHOPPED ONIONS AND FRY ON LOW HEAT TILL ONIONS ARE BROWN. REMOVE ONIONS AND WIPE OIL WITH A POTLI OF COTTON FABRIC. NOW INCREASE FLAME TO MEDIUM AND TAWA IS READY. BEFORE ADDING BATTER SPRINKLE LITTLE WATER THEN ADD BATTER. EVERY TIME USE A COTTON POTLI TO WIPE OR USE CUT ONION . THEN SPRINKLE WATER AND REPEAT THE PROCESS.

pour boild rice water on dosa pan and soak it 3-4 hours
