Thank you so much for this thorough review. I found one at the thrift store for $8.00 and wondered if I should buy it without the instructions. I needed to know if I can pressure can in a pressure cooker and you answered my question! I'm new to canning, so I don't know much about it. :)

Being the biggest user of pressure cooker give you one tip..... Always blow air through the whistle hole with your mouth to check if the hole is open or not otherwise it may convert into a nice steam bomb💣😄😄

Pressure canning is a piece of cake! A pressure canner will fit more than a pressure cooker, but they are basically the same thing. Check out the video I did on Pressure Canning for Beginners.
