What focal length do you find the threshold to switch between M-W for zeiss/ ultra snd master primes

On super 35 I'd say 65mm and above you'll want the M. You may want to switch for the 50mm if your doing more long lens after. Full frame (LF / Venice) 85mm and above. I find I stay on the W 95% of the time, even on longer lenses to save switching twice.

Thanks for info good overview tutorial on LR2 interested using it more as my eye getting older - I usually use a focus Bug/cine rt since remote doubles as sonar tape -super useful for grabbing my own marks can LR2 interface with newer generation Preston 4?

@@tsan3796 LR2 works with all Preston products in production. Some older MDR3 and HU3 need firmware / hardware updates. HU4 was made with the LR2 in mind and had multiple features designed for working with the LR2
