Always a new use for the leaf blower. I can't wait until the day Dan's castle is ready to live in, and he is still using the leaf blower to clean his carpets and tiles on a daily basis! 😊 No need for a housekeeper here! Who knew the chef skills were so valuable too. Frosting the steels and layering them to the top of the building.

Some friendly advice: I am sure people have mentioned this previously, but please take care of your lungs. There is so much dust, it is a recipe for Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)! In the first stage most people do not even know they have it, until it is too late. You often seem to have/sounds like you have a stuffy nose. All this hard work and beautiful results....you would think you would want to enjoy it when you get older! I also do home renovations and wear protective masks with filters. 😷My mother has been a nurse for a long time and warned me of COPD... she has seen many clients, from people who did simple home renovations to construction workers, who got terrible (VERY terrible) symptoms as they got older. It is a terrible way to live and die. Keep up the good work!

The top of the roof the big beam will laying on top of the structure he is building, the one on top of the floor not the walls...basically the iron beam isn't even needed as all it serves is a base for the round shaped roof, just esthetic, the roof structure itself as heavy as it is will be supported by structure he just lay down the beams foundation on the floor....its like building a room on top of the roof, adding a curve to the outside is not structural and the beam will not move, originally there was none, just a wooden beam to support the shape of the mansard....its a fake roof structure, the one that is important is laying on top of what he will be building not those walls.

@@Joshua-j3n I did hear him say the granite was very strong, but I didn’t realize that meant it couldn’t be drilled into. Thank you for clarifying this for me. 🙏😊

@@Joshua-j3n This is BS. In Sweden we remove smaller boulders by drilling holes and breaking them up with expandable metal wedges. Never came across one that could not be drilled into.

I spent some time this morning chopping on some bricks to finish my new path. Using a cold chisel and a hammer I told my mum if I was a professional I would have made the path look perfect. Being my mum she said "if it were perfect you wouldnt like it so much!" She is right of course, she is my mum, my neighbor, and an all around great person!

I'm glad that you are on your own again for a bit, so the newer viewers can see how most of the work has been done by you over the last couple of years. The credit is nearly all yours.
