Yep....wrong kind of mike for a 3 way share anyway - should have used an Ear Trumpet Labs mic for that. They could of modulated their harmonies. This is good singing you can tell, but the audio delivered missed the potential by a bunch, 6/10. As a guy who occasionally supports amateur music act performances, such things often get overlooked. Either no one tells the sound guy, or no one thinks ahead.

One local spot that is big with Country Dance people locally remodeled their whole band/ dance floor oriented part of their business and spent $$$$ on a massive sound system and it was total crap acoustically for months until a band a friend of mine plays in got the Honky Tonk's sound guy fired and had their guy run the board.. then it was "oh, that's what a good, balanced sound system should be like!"

The sound in that place was horrid so the girls already had a disadvantage and everyone was so loud. I think they did great given the circumstances. I think it’s actually really hard and also they all had never sang the song before then soooo it was like a trial! And I think it’s great! They’re so professional I think that anyone with lesser talent would have butchered this.
