The man seems to be doing a great job, at (8:35 to 8:45) he removes the dirt bin from the vacuum with just a twist however, on the model that I have which looks identical, there is a button under the handle that must be pressed first evidently this model is different. Great job though I must say. PS. at (9:35) the man talks about cleaning the filter. Always clean any filter with an air compressor. Small air compressors are not that expensive and can do most things. Every household should be able to afford one. after that, it is ok with some filters to rinse them under water but is usually not necessary. even so, I find this a very informative video I hope this helps, I gave it a thumbs up as it is worth a watch.

I too have the model with the button like yours but I cannot get the cup to open even after pressing the button and trying to turn it

@@kathymehta1665 I have no advice but make sure you're turning it the right way and push hard. These parts fit tight I have noticed. In a way that's a good thing but, it can be a little frustrating also.

I bought this vaccum cleaner and I love it, I have a problem with it's brush, It's really soft, I prefer a harder brush for my carpet, can you recommend a replacement brush that can fit prettycare?

It should normally rotate, i assume this is after a full charge as it will need fully charging before operating

Assuming you have charged it and there is no blockage in the vacuum, then there may be a fault somewhere.
