🩷🩷🩷 Yoatzi in the first topic about the fat on the top part it’s called visceral fat 😢 I too had a tummy tuck lipo bbl and that fat is fat that lipo cannot fix. Visceral fat is under and it’s a bit harder to lose. I have it myself and yes just healthy diet / exercise will fix it. Girlies should know lipo isn’t the easy way out and definitely always have to maintain. You can gain weight in your back , arms , and get visceral fat on that top part of the stomach . 7:26 Ozempic mainly targets diabetics I heard. I recently started wegovy you should look into it. It’s basically semaglutide. I’m a first time mom and gained weight because I couldn’t breastfeed for too long.

Ozempic is just the name of the brand but it is semaglutide, wegovy is just another brand name they’re the same drug. But yes it was originally medication for diabetics but then people saw it helps with weight loss so now it’s hot demand bc it does do wonder for most. How has it worked for you ?
