here is a tip I learned on how to read while studying is called sq3r which means skim answer the questions at the end of the lesson and finally read recite and review (sq3r) this has saved me a lot of time

What I do is I get home around 4 Have my tea until 4:30-5 Get into comfy clothes and get a cup of tea-5 Study most of the night and allow breaks for KZbin preferably 6pm for sacconejolys 😍❤️

There was this girl I know who said she studied 6 hours a day. SIX HOURS, A DAY. I studied about 1-2 (depending on length of the exam) the night or two nights before. I can barely even handle that. What helps me most is sleeping right after I study!

study in small intervals like 15-30 minutes. cramming for hours can be bad for some people because they lose focus. No more than 2 hours a day, if necessary

Actually eating is super good but scientists found that if you eat directly before studing your brain wont work properly so better eat 3 hours before studing
