The term "stomach pumping" is medically called gastric lavage or gastric suctioning (the pumping part throws people off) In reality, it is a procedure where all of your stomach contents are emptied (suctioned) and cleaned out. There are many things that need to be tried first before gastric lavage. But yeah, I saw that clip and thought "I KNOW WHAT IT MEANS!" lol. Love this podcast so much and I am glad Alisha is okay!
