Great video. On the topic of home office burnout, I found that ‘forcing’ myself to go into the office on a periodic basis, even when not entirely necessary, has been healthy. Ideally there’s reason to ‘earn the commute’, but if not, it can be easy to stay home and get into an unhealthy and sometimes unproductive work routine. Also, find a way to enjoy your commute, so it’s not time ‘wasted’. E.g. Cycle, walk part/all of the journey, read or listen to audio books/podcasts. Works for me!

That's great advice. Some people really need to be at the office sometimes to stay productive, and your tips will definitely help those people. In this new world everyone can find their perfect way to work and live!
