Even though we may never have a Prey 2, it continues in how we remember it. Despite there being other awesome story games around, this one is so special that to me it knows no equal. Thomas, the annoying dinosaur enemies, that awesome energy weapon, portals, Xhen (I know), the overall vibe and drive of the game, and finally the ending song. The game SCREAMS mid 2000s and I love it! I wouldn't want a Prey 2 if it wasn't this touching. Even though I'd love to see Thomas save the world again.

I remember my Dad played this game when I was little and I would watch him play it. I remember having nightmares about the mutant humans attacking me and the aliens shooting and killing me over and over. Years later after my parents divorce I went back into my dads game collection to check out this game I was so scared playing. I beat it a couple years ago to get off the back of my mind and I really enjoyed it. Recently I played it on pc on normal and Cherokee just like my 2nd and 3rd play. I know I’m going all over the place but I’m short I’ve played this game 5 times over the past 6 years and I still yearn for more. Saddens me I’ll never see prey 2 and how it will tie in to Tommy defeating the sphere. Oh yea just like you I cried at the end of the game😭 who didn't

I believe there exists a widescreen patch and an HD texture pack. Not sure about sounds. Still, I don't think it's bad at all in how it looks and sounds. But then again I mostly play older games so I wouldn't notice the sound and visual difference.

Just finished the game in 2023. I never played the game as a kid, but was always interested in it here and there. I finally got the chance to play through it, and absolutely loved it. At first I was worried the game was just gonna be yet another idtech engine tech-demo, but No way, man. This game has an amazing story, atmosphere, soundtrack, and writing. I loved the characters, they were so compelling. I was also really happy to be able to play a game based around native-american culture, I feel like that kind of thing is just Extremely uncommon in games, and she be done more. Loved this game, glad I got finally was able to enjoy it ♥

I don't know why this game is so low rated.... I mean.... witch game messed with gravity like this? The gravity roads were so original and the part where you were in a mirror like tunnel's where you saw yourself leave just around the corner and where you shoot yourself... it actually hurt you.... and the whole story.... I just finished it today and it was 10/10 in my book..... 10/10 original....

Totally agreed, it was a game that I couldn't stop playing until I finished it and then I was like, whoa, what an awesome story... This is the kind of tale you just can't tell with a movie... A book, maybe, but the game is the perfect media for some stories, like this one

I remember playing this the first time in 2010 and a couple times after. Always waited for a sequel and wanted to learn more about that alien race the protagonist allied with. And then, for a brief moment, there was hope when the sequel was announced by Bethesda. But Domasi did not make it into the final game of 2017.

I just played this game not too long ago and man... I loved pretty much every second of it (is now one of my favorites). So many fun and innovative game play features, a shame there wasn't a sequel to explore them further. this one's an underrated and underappreciated gem for sure!

I always feel kind of like crying every time I listen to this, because I loved playing the game Prey for the first time. It is my absolute favourite game, and if I could play the game the first time again, I'd be overjoyed! As for Prey 2, well, even though that it was previewed at E3 2011, it has actually been canceled in the way of "Human Head Productions", but there's said to be a remake of the game soon to be for the Next Gen consoles. However, don't quote me on that, I just read from a forum saying Prey 2 was canceled, and as for the knock-off, that's just a rumour. Either way, I can only hope for a remake of the game, and as for the credit song, I kind of have a preference: Daughtry - Waiting for Superman. Again, love the game, love the song, and please create a remake! Stay beastly, VexaFor00, SZG Alpha!

This is one of the best games I will ever play. I just finished the story again yesterday, I've lost count how many times I've played it through now. I love the game to bits, but shit, it's frustrating sometimes. Even after all these years of playing it, I still forget what to do. But I push through, and sometimes I forget why. Remember playing this when it was released on my aging pc, run quite smoothly considering alk the grapuical goodies. I remeber quite vividky not being that excited about it at first from the previews and trailers and then I played through it in one sitting and I was over the moon with the whole game, incredible experience, I definitely miss these kind of games nowadays its all about soulless open world that are empty these days. I loved the game so much i even got the pretty collectors edition, still is sitting on my top shelf after almost 20 years.

The original game never came to ps3, so its very unlikely. Human Head was working on a Prey 2, but it was cancelled. Arkane's Prey is a whole new game, not tied to the 2006 game, and is coming to ps4.
