Use a simple rectangle in Prezi. Give it a gradient fill and make one end of the gradient set to zero opacity. Then send that shape to the back.

I recorded a prezi video but noticed there is a very slight delay where the audio is ever so slightly out of sync with the video. I didn't notice it before until I had to submit it to an online learning site and they pointed it out to me. Now I am noticing it on this video as a well when I didn't notice it before! Is there anything that can be done to have the video not looked like it has been dubbed?

Hi Russel! I am also using the Prezi Video App on a Mac, but it somehow looks very different. I have way less templates and it generally looks very different.(I am using the Edu Plus version). Any idea what could be the issue?

This was very helpful. Thanks, Russell. Just one thing. There's a big drop in the sound from your microphone at 13:27 . It was very hard for me to hear you. I needed to turn the volume up very high.

Hi! Thank you for this terrific video. It convinced me to give Prezi video a try for my remote classes this fall. Your guidelines were very helpful in making the video, but when I finished it I realized that the image quality is terrible--all noisy and grainy. Then I noticed that many of the example videos I saw were similarly noisy. Yours is one of the only truly clear ones I've seen. If you don't mind me asking--how did you get such excellent video quality?

Thanks for your feedback. To create the video we used a MacBook Pro 2019 edition. The audio is coming through a simple wired head set.

@@presentationsupport Huh. I have a 2020 MacBook Pro, and the camera quality was just terrible. But after posting this message, I bought a (cheap) webcam, and that has improved camera quality in general, though I haven't yet tried it with Prezi specifically. But I wonder if there are some settings I have off, given that I was using essentially the same set up as you used? (Thanks for responding!)

Hi Braeden. Afraid this isn't possible. But you can always attached a good quality webcam to your laptop for better picture.

I want to make a video. i imported a PPT. I want to add a voice over, so I have a small story with every slide. Sometimes I have (lets say) 20 slides. i have recorded 18 slides en I make a mistake. How can I just erase that one mistake? Now I start all over again, but I think there must be another way

If you use zoom, you can use the record meeting function.

You can pause the recording if you need to during your talk, but you won't be able to EDIT like you can in dedicated video editing software.

There’s no WebEx in my Prezi Video for Mac app. Why?

You might need to run an update and make sure you have the latest version. The option for Cisco Webex is definitely there on Macs
