Took that 2el at 7:30, i was confused why it didn't work nonetheless it felt like market wanted to treat it as a 2el and it was battling to make a new high for a while (was in that trade for 23 minutes). Now i understand that if I zoomed out more I could have noticed that we were really high up. Saw on the 5 minute and 10000 tick too that it was really at the top of the up trend and wasn't great place to long. Entry was decent, and behaviour not bad but context wasn't. My lesson for this session 🙏

Thomas, when do you usually trade during the market session? Obviously, the longer you wait to trade the more you get a visual of the trend but the more theta comes into play on 0 dte trades. Thanks for your insight.

I didn't take any trades, the signal bars were not good, it was hard to be so disciplined to follow the rules and not to take them.

You need a proper microphone that you can keep some distance away from you.. Right now you sound like you are whispering into your mic and not loud.. Your videos will sound much better..
