Hi Everyone. First I'd like to say Thank you all for your wonderful, encouraging comments!❤ To those who are curious and/or skeptical Id like to tell you I understand. My home is lovely and I worked VERY HARD and spent LOTS of money to make it look like this. Regardless of whatever issues anyone has with living here. I have NONE! No place is perfect, but it is the people and the curb appeal that counts. So....I LOVE IT HERE! It breaks my heart to leave. The people in this community are the best, friendly, compassionate, helpful, kind, and it was awesome being a part of this community. Anyone that wants to know anything is welcome to call. Email, text, message, or just stop by my house, I'm an open book. I have to leave for financial and medical reasons for my future. I will be happy to dispel any concerns about my leaving as being anything other than that. Love this place and I will be back to visit all the phenomenal people I'm forced to leave behind. Thank you for taking your valuable time to look, listen and comment. I really appreciate you!

All I can say is "WOW", what a beautiful home!! Amazing use of space and organization. I too am a crafter and have always wondered how I could downsize to a tiny home. That house is amazing. The outside is landscaped to perfection. The colors inside are perfect and I love the wrought iron railings. I never expected to find a tub in a tiny but yours fits so well and I feel will be a great selling point.

CINDY is such an incredible, beautiful soul.. her home is so beautiful.. you can just feel the love and artistry she put into both the yard and home. Cindy is someone who would be incredible to sit with and just talk w over a cup of coffee or tea. This is a stunning home! What an amazing woman to have decorated and landscaped it so beautifully. I think my favorite feature is the gorgeous wrought iron, but everything is to be admired! I would love to stay there for awhile, maybe longer...

The W/D cannot easily go in the shed for several reasons. This isn't South Florida. It went down to 1F last Christmas eve, and Newport has enough days below freezing during the winter to require the shed to be heated/insulated. Then the drain has to be plumbed into the sewer system, which would require major excavation, since the drain would have to go under or around the house. I doubt if Randy would approve that. Then you have to run the water supply pipes, again underground. Makes more sense to get rid of the tub or shower and put W/D there.
