Can I use price rules to do a universal price increase on all of our products?

Can I set up dealers to get different discounts by product category ? so 35% on widgets but 30% on square holes ? .

I'm subscribed to QuickBooks Online as well but I don't have this Price Rules under settings, and I REALLY NEED IT! why don't I have it? Is it because I'm not on the right subscription? How do I get it?

What version are you on? Price Rules is in Plus and Advanced.
