I have my all-plastic working game prototypes professionally 3D printed for $200-$500. This price includes all of the CAD work too. I just do drawings with all of the measurements. They usually get done in 1 to 2 weeks. One of them I've licensed and is on the market. So shop around locally.

I was told $2,000 for a mold. Only minor changes to the existing mold

Great video guys. I found it comforting to find that I have gone through the whole process myself and managed to check all the boxes, and in the right sequence, even if it has taken a fair bit of extra time and money than I originally thought. In this game you have always got to be prepared for extra time and extra expenditure, that's just how it is. I have been following your videos for a few years now and they have been instrumental in getting me to where I am today. Thank you and keep up your amazing work.

$2,000 to $20,000 is an attainable goal post if you're serious about your product, and more importantly it gives you a rough goalpost. It is totally understandable how it could vary by 10x. This young fellow is clearly offering a missing piece beyond the idea and legal end of the business in making it a tangible reality for investors. Very cool.

Hello, I have 4 questions, do you guys recommend to use AI to: 1-Write a solid PPA. 2-Create an effective marketing brochure. 3-Create a great digital prototype. 4-Produce a list of companies in the same segment as the product to be licensed.
@inventRightАй бұрын
@martinez.partnership I would never use a general AI to write a PPA. List of companies sure Digital prototype maybe Marketing material sure

how broad should a patent be? is there a chance of it not being granted if too broad? how to avoid workarounds?
@inventRightАй бұрын
@@ocoro174 yes there’s a very good chance if it’s too broad, it will never issue.

it takes a couple of hours for making manufacturing drawings/CAD drawings of simple products and not more than a few days for making a little complex assembly drawings along with animations

I've been hunting through design companies that say they will help from napkin drawings to final manufactured product to packaging to marketing. They will charge an arm and two legs. Over $20000 at a still mostly concept and prototype TESTING stage. And that's from a fine human being who apologised for leaving me in the lurch with me having sent them 3/4 of the parts to make said prototype of my version of a beach umbrella - pretty simple. Also I have email history of a negative experience with Bsense. Unless you're super rich it's so hard to get treated with respect. They want you to do a lot more than you think. A mould or die tooling for a simple custom plastic part ranges from $20000-30000 each.

@@FlyTag525 Hi Fly Tag, I would be curious to hear more about your product. You do not have to be super rich, just the drive to move forward. Feel free to send me a message and we can talk about it!

You did not comment on probably the most important part. The cost of tooling and molds?
@inventRightАй бұрын
@@BradSmestad-bj3pl great question thank you so much. I’m going to assume some of this will be rolled in of the cost of the product. Thank you for watching and commenting!
@696pkАй бұрын
first make 3D animations then go for licensing only if you get successful in getting funds procede to prototyping
