Sergio my My Baha bandit that i Purchased from Mobility Direct Great price Awesome service arrived today Thank You. The spring in the seat post is black which should be the heavy duty the red one in the package for the lighter weight it has much thicker coils and is much stiffer i believe prime has it backwards i contacted prime no response i'm still waiting i love the scooter.

Now I noticed when I leave the chair on the motor goes to standby to reserve the power on the battery in order to use it you need to turn the key off and turn it back on in order for it to run

How often should I charge the battery

You can charge them even after using them or consuming just 20% of the battery instead of letting it drain and charging them as that will damage the batteries in the long run. I bought this scooter I couldn’t have the throttle switched over to the left side they said they couldn’t do it too when you were setting up the battery you did it wrong that’s why when you plug it in it stayed green you was suppose to switch on the battery button on top of the battery case before you plugged it in That’s why stay green When you plugged it up
