The gay flag has a lot of meaning for those who are interested! The top green stripe represents community, the lighter green is healing, the lightest green is joy, the white stripe is GNC, NB, and transgender men, the light indigo is pure love, the indigo is fortitude, and the dark purple is diversity. The green and teal coloring is inspired by a connection to nature due to men’s love for other men being called “unnatural” throughout history. It symbolizes that homosexual love is natural no matter what history has told you. The green stripes pull from green carnations and other flowers, historical symbols for gay men. The purple and indigo are meant to acknowledge the differences in every member of the community and celebrate our history as a community of people from all walks of life. The inclusion of purple leading down from blue shades is a commentary on the notion that “blue is for boy” meant to show that sometimes we are stereotypically blue and sometimes we are much more complex and fluid than that, and both are beautiful. And of course the white stripe in the middle includes transgender identities and men who’s identities are often challenged by the world whether for embracing femininity or not being what others would call masculine. I am so glad someone else struggled with making characters out of the bi flag lmao I designed cute monster people based on flags and the bi flag made me suffer. It was the only one that I had to make like 10 color drafts for while the others took like one or two passes or three at most. Not the bi pride flag XD I printed them all out to make pins and went "nah I'm changing it again" XD

I am apart of LGBTQIA but I have learnt my orientation is not know as much as any other flag and it is an oriented aroace pansexual.Oriented aroace means that’s your aroace but you have different kind of attractions (mine are sensual,astetic and platonic) so that lets you have another sexuality

asexual is little to no sexual attraction, and is a spectrum. some asexuals may feel no attraction while others may have some. there's also multiple different types of attraction such as romantic attraction. So you can feel no sexual attraction but still be romantically attracted to girls and non binary people (asexual lesbian). I hope it makes sense😅
