When you see a car with a story like Jacks, of a passed petrol head, it always makes you feel both sad but also pleased to see both the car and the memory live on. An absolutely cracking car.

This was such a great event. Birmingham people are so warm & friendly, and they absolutely love their Rovers. The atmosphere here was extraordinary, glad I went, and I'll definitely be back next year.

Although we've got a MG ZS EV, I have to say this vid is spectacular. Hopefully a video like this remind the rest of us about Rover's history. After seeing iconic sports car from old MGs, I was wondering whether if we have regretted having our SUV. I have to say that I mixed feelings for that. I admire people bringing lovely collectables as Pride of Longbridge. However I've spotted a face lifted MG 3s. Aren't those ones are from China?! I know the first gen MG 6 was one of the last from Longbridge. All in all, thanks for this vid. Hopefully I can see this kind of show in person.

Thanks. Yes my brain remembered the point regarding kits being sent over soon after MG Rover’s demise just as I was by the later (China built) MG 3’s. It is a great show and I am looking forward to the next one.

Great video, capturing the variety of vehicles and the passion for them. You even made a passing comment seeing my pre project drive (well almost, a few things had already gone by June 2001). I've given the link of the video to the Rover Italia group.

The MG Metro Turbo… if I say I’m very jealous, but in a good way, I am sure you could understand 😊 Those that know me are aware (to the point of boring them) that I want to replicate what I owned in 1990. @@LivetoDriveUK I have two BRMs, they are in good condition, just need to do a few jobs and will be selling one at 69k miles.. will be better than the ones on ebay currently.. will be available by next summer £5000-6000 however it will have cost me over £6000- 7000 to finish it.. Available as it stands for £4000..
