New flesh is a really great one. The most songs I like are from that album. Some songs from cyberhead and body machine are good too. For example decay, time traveler, ghost writer, xpander and phantom pain. Most of them have some parts in them that are just awesome. Like time traveler and decay they have really great parts that remain in your mind.
