We have to do more than to be proud of those medical workers standing against government overreach using their "private" sector surrogates. Try to contact them, to encourage them, to financially support their legal efforts through their go fundme pages. Also, we need to act against our overreaching and overreacting government and all or their surrogates in the private sector. Be a pain in the arse to your state and federal representatives. Organize your friends. Get them to organize their friends and family and so on. Create letter templates, emails, posters, phone call protocols to facilitate everyone's attempt to wakeup our representatives. Do so with a purpose. Always reminding every representative that not only will you not vote for them, you will campaign against them.

My soul, my Conscience is what guides me and to “ knowingly “ harm or lie to a patient is something I never did, nor will. You’ll have to figure out where you stand. To pray for you not to lose your job….will depend. What are you willing to do to keep it? Is it good, or is it bad, selfish? ..you can and will find a job as a Nurse. We need good ethical Nurses.

I have lost all trust and respect for anyone working in health or medical care after what has happened with the vaccine. Complicit liars putting career before oath or ethics. All hoping it will be forgotten in months and years to come but there have been many left behind, denied appropriate care and will suffer for the rest of their lives, they can never move on. This past weekend we had a priest visit who is a missionary in Haiti. He told us his life has been threatened during this latest wave of political upheaval. The recent earthquake has stripped Haitians of the most basic supplies. He openly said he fears returning but it is his mission. God bless and watch over Fr. Tom Hagan.

For starters, you are accusing me of something I didn't do, I merely pointed to the fact that I am praying that the Holy Spirit guides our Bishops in doing what's right in this situation with the indigenous population, having not made any indication that I know what to do. Second, you are talking about covid vaccinations I'm guessing and the Bishops decision to make it mandatory for Mass. I admit that I wasn't too fond of the decision but you have to keep in mind that there are the elderly, the sick and vulnerable who attend. The Bishops must have decided that their safety is important. In case it isn't clear, I'm not for persecuting fellow Catholics and Christians or anyone for that matter, and am slightly bothered by the accusation.

From Catholic Culture - During the 17th century the Christian faith was brought to Korea through the zeal of lay persons. From the very beginning these Christians suffered terrible persecutions and many suffered martyrdom during the 19th century. Today's feast honors a group of 103 martyrs. Notable of these were Andrew Kim Taegon, the first Korean priest, and the lay apostle, Paul Chong Hasang. Also among the Korean martyrs were three bishops and seven priests, but for the most part they were heroic laity, men and women, married and single of all ages. They were canonized by Pope Saint John Paul II on May 6, 1984. Let us ask these brave souls to pray for the Church in this present time of persecution

While a virgin, Eve listened to and believed the fallen angel (Gen. 3:1; Rev. 20:2) whereas while a virgin, ever-virgin Mother Mary listened to and believed the archangel sent from God (Luke 1:26-45). 3.) 12 tribes were in the Old Testament (Gen. 35, Deut. 33 and elsewhere) and 12 apostles in the New Testament (Matthew 10, 19:28, Mark 3, and Luke 6). 4.) The Old Testament Ark contained Manna, the word on 2 stone tablets, and Aaron, the High Priest's Rod (Hebrews 9:4, Exodus 16:33-34, 1 Kings 8:9). 5.) Mother Mary is the New Testament Ark and carried within her the Word made Flesh, the Manna from Heaven, and our High Priest, Jesus Christ (John 1:14, 6:51, Heb. 4:14-16). 6.) 2 Sam. 6:9 and Luke 1:43: David and Elizabeth were both filled with awe. David wondered how the Ark could come to him and so did Elizabeth. 7.) 2 Samuel 6:1; Luke 1:56: the Old Testament Ark of the Covenant was with Obed-Edom for 3 months and the New Ark, Mother Mary, was with Elizabeth for 3 months. 8.) 2 Sam. 6:11; 1 Kings 8:9-11 compared with Luke 1:56; 2:21-22. St. Paul was correct when he said the Old gave way to the New and that the Old was a type: 1 Cor. 10: 1-6: [1] For I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that our fathers were all under the cloud, and all passed through the sea. [2] And all in Moses were baptized, in the cloud, and in the sea: [3] And did all eat the same spiritual food, [4] And all drank the same spiritual drink; (and they drank of the spiritual rock that followed them, and the rock was Christ... [6] Now these things were done in a figure of us. 9.) Inside the Davidic Tabernacle and temple there was ornamentation, gold, Cherubim statues on top of the Ark, artwork, palm tree motif, faces of lions, etc, per 2 Chr. 3. Inside Catholic churches there are statues and/or icons, artwork, gold, etc. 10.) The Davidic Tabernacle had priests, the sacrifice of flesh and blood, and rolling back of sins. The church has priests, the Eucharist, and absolvence of sins per confession of them per 1 John 1:8-10 in accordance with John 20:23. Step 2: protestants respond: That's Catholic interpretation of scripture; I want protestant interpretation of scripture! Step 3 in responding to protestants: Which protestant interpretation as there are 30k protestant interpretations on a host of topics to choose from? Step 4 from protestants: I wanr the interpretation I agree with! And that's the problem because those saying this today (steps 1, 2, and 4) undoubtedly were born in the 20th or 21st century, but the church began right at 2,000 years ago, so protestants picking up a Bible and reading it saying "This is what God says!" won't work as that's how the world came to arrive at 30k protestant denominations. Protestants may retort with "God's Spirit is leading me" (or they may say is leading whomever their pastor is), but is the Spirit going to contradict Himself and give 30k interpretations? No. So they have no choice but to go back to the beginning, which can be found in the first 5 centuries easily as a start. During this time period they won't find Sola Scriptura, Sola Fide, or Once Saved Always Saved (or a variant of Unconditional Eternal Security), and all three of these either came from or were agreed upon by Protestants such as Luther, Calvin, Zwingli, the Church of England, etc. But they may say Luther, etc, back then are heretics on these or something else but undoubtedly some protestant denomination (and no doubt numerous of them) will call these protestants sayinv this about Luther, etc, heretics on something or on many things. Point is, I'm not going to say protestants are heretics because of what I think, but I would say it because they in the 1st 5 centuries would say it about protestants. If protestants retort that shortly after the Apostle John died that the church went off the rails, then there's no way to recover it because the ones who wrote the New Testament are all dead, and their disciples (like Polycarp, Ignatius, etc, disciples of St. John and others) who say this is what they taught, here is the interpretation, here is what is believed (and the Apostolic Fathers and ECF'S wrote down what was told to them), protestants refuse to believe what they wrote for one reason or another and then refuse to believe what the disciples and successors of the Apostolic Fathers and ECF's said and on and on. If it was all lost in let's say the first 5 centuries after Christ, then it's all anyone's guess now and then the gates of hell will have prevailed against the church and Christ said that would never occur. And on top of all of this, the Scriptures I provided line up with what St. Paul said and the patterns have undeniably repeated themselves from the Old Testament to the New Testament.

I didn't know that about St John Vienni! My granddaughter was born on his feast day, but until then, he wasn't even on my radar. Anyway, I need to pray more for our priests! I'm really blessed to have as our pastor, Ft Scott Winchell, who is probably one of the holiest priests I've ever had the pleasure to know. He does the Latin Mass (although only once a month just because most people here have no idea what they're missing), he's brought back the altar rails, & he has encouraged Communion on the tongue, but then covid hit ... Oh & he's a Marine veteran. He's the only priest I've ever seen who holds his finger & thumb together after the consecration, so as to not lose any particles - not just at the TLM, but the N.O. Mass as well. So these good priests - they're out there! We just need to pray for all our priests - especially the bad ones. Apparently, the demons in hell torment priests more than anyone. 😕
