Prima ballet dancers

This documentary is a tribute to two of the greatest dancers of the Miami City Ballet Company and to their love of the art and of each other. It traces the history of how they met as young dancers, fell in love and followed there dreams together dancing into the hearts of ballet Aficionados around the world.
They are truly two of the nicest people I've ever met, but then again all the members of that dance company were sweet, talented, and beautiful. Man what an inspiring experience it was to get a peek into their world. I hope you get a sense of what a special life it is from viewing this short film.

i want to say that these two were such an inspiration i did the nutcracker for 2 years as a teenager with baton rouge ballet theatre and i got to seem them up close and personal and watching them was a truly unique and amazing experience!

Thank you so much for posting this video! Iliana Lopez and Franklin Gamero were such an influence on me when I was younger. I played Clara in the Community Nutcracker in Jacksonville and used to dance with the Jacksonville Ballet Theatre; and they used to be guest artists and give classes. I still remember when Franklin lifted me during the finale in Nutcracker. They are the sweetest, most beautiful people, and I love them so much!

wow. i rlly love ballet, and that is rlly touching. i hope some day to be a dancer in a company like the mcbc. they are so beautiful, as individuals but more as partners. i see that they were meant to be with eachother. the video is wonderful and i hope that ppl who don't know much about ballet will see the beauty, heart and soul that go into it.
