I'm pretty sure it was a small compy coated in the black goo from the app man episode, and at night turns into a killing machine, but that same ooze is flammable

Too big to be a compy. Judging by the size it looked to be when it was impaled by the spear it looks to be about Fangs size. Maybe slightly smaller but way too large to be a compy.

@@kaijgu2318 I was thinking like the black goo on the night feeder was the same stuff spear drank to become monster spear who god Huge and killed the ape men. If drinking the stuff turn you into that, a compy submerged in the stuff could form into that, but this is just a theory

I always thought it was tar due to how sticky and flammable it was. Why the creature would be covered in tar I have no idea.

I think I'd like to see you react to the Primal pitch animatics please. It's (I believe/was told) voiced by Genndy, and shows some different stuff like the original Night Feeder design idea
