Primavera P6 Weightages Factor Distributions

Weightage Factor is one of the best ways to measure the performance of the Project. Weightage factors are assigned (1 million units or as appropriate) to all the activities, based on these assigned values % is calculated
Planned percentages can be computed from the Resource Assignment window based on required time internal (Weekly or monthly), Actual progress and completion can be computed from the updated program. The program can be linked with the excel sheet using "Lookup formulas" in micro-soft Excel.
Use the group command to summarize the data to hide the data which is not required to be shown on some occasions.
