@@cadence6814 I'm glad you brought this up. Statistically, children are more likely to be abused by some one they know, not a complete stranger. This was a completely bad set of circumstances. The mother was planning on taking her children on a flight to see their father soon and she was shopping to get them ready for the trip with only a $100 budget. The offending man was well experienced as he had asked the cashier if the mother had bought the clothing that she had brought to the counter, to which the cashier said no. This was then when he pounced on the vulnerability. Predators look for exploits not much different to exploiting a hole in a fence.

Vulnerabilities present themselves not only as a hole in a fence but a mother with no other adults but pushing a stroller with three young children energetically by her side. The man asked the cashier when he saw her bring clothes to the counter for a price check, if she had bought it to which the cashier said no. This may have been when he decided his gift card scam and non-existent wife to show he is a 'responsible' person should come into play as he discussed these things with Rayne in the beginning to gain trust. This is what a seasoned, convicted offender is capable of. Why on earth would you let him take her to the dressing room etc... That's just bizarre. ----- And the 2nd case was stomach turning too.. That call the father made was him trying to sound "Sad and crying" But that baby was gone way before that. The fact they let him sit in that swing for weeks without no food, water etc.. while they go do drugs is fkn evil.
