The yt channel dreading crime and psychology shares a lot about Stephen and his internet posts- he basically claimed that he could easily commit a mass shooting and pretend to go into a weird catatonic state so he could claim an insanity defense. This was all an act, but a bad and suspicious one given how he was acting initially. He was cool and confident until they found the body. He was under the impression that the trash had been taken out until the reporter told him otherwise on live tv. He's a sick sick individual.

@fefemyluv
@fefemyluv 6 ай бұрын
I don’t think it was meaningless. I believe he dropped a few nuggets, such as suggesting she may have been taken while running and the insight into his rather “recluse” lifestyle. That would raise a bit of suspicion because of the peculiarities. The change in tone is also quite alarming. I think his best bet would have been keeping his tone the same and, at a minimum, giving a little more context to his answers. Alternatively, he could have asked for an attorney very early on as that, theoretically, cannot be used as a presumption of guilt. Either way, this guy was doomed. Lol. And not everyone who completes law school, especially some new grads or very senior attorneys, are all the way keen on legalities and their implications.

There was another crime involving a sodomy grape by an older boy on a younger boy in Brazil. He choked him unconscious with a video game cable during the attack. Partway through sawing through the kids lower half he became aware and conscious. The k!ller became excited because of this and sawed more viciously. Eventually the young boy went into shock and died. After he was sawed in half, the attempt to put the torso in a rafter above the door using the cable failed so the scum left. The victims even younger brother found the remains and the neighbor called law enforcement. The reason I mention it is that photos of this poor boy were leaked and are probably still online. I saw the remains and it hurt my soul. The motive was a few U.S.$ worth of video game tokens… since the killer was a minor and Brazil sucks.. that k!ller is today walking free protected with a new identity.

These admissions should be rejected as part of a plea agreement unless the criminal admits why they thought their methods would allow them to get away with their crime. He should have to explain how he thought that for sure he was smarter than anyone who might investigate the murder and why. Then he should have to read it in front of everyone. Total acceptance of what a boneheaded idea the whole thing was. Total humiliation.

Right? I don't agree with it either but my only guess as to why he got sentenced with a chance at parole is likely due to him pleading guilty. But anyone with some common sense should definitely deny that appeal because evidentally he deserves to rot in prison for the rest of his days.

This is why women throughout history have been passed onward from the protection of their father to the protection of their husband. Today, too many women have thrown off the protection of a husband and the government cannot protect people. It is also not a random mans job to protect women -- too many men get killed trying to do that and are no longer putting their nose in situations. The cops usually show up AFTER a situation has occurred. Since women would rather go to law school and be independent they need to be able to protect themselves -- that means owning a firearm and knowing how to use it! Too many of these psychos are out there. Thanks to feminism and the women's "liberation" movements.

@@Originalman144 I know your heart is in the right place but there shouldn’t be and excuses whatsoever for things like this to happen to women. It’s not feminism’s fault, it’s 100% on the people that commit such crimes.

This 'interrogation' [if you want to call it that] reminds me of the Simpsons episode where Homer is going into witness protection, but can't remember how to answer to his new name. The FBI agents repeat it over and over, and in the end they're the ones that get exasperated and give up while Homer keeps cool.

It’s amazing they give him that kind of sentence of possible parole after so many years that kind of plea bargain is a killer’s dream. It’s pretty frightening to think one day you’re having the best time of your life you’re planning for the future. Everything looks good everything’s working out the weather is nice you have big plans for the near future and you feel like you’re the luckiest person alive, BUT little do you know within so many hours you’ll be attacked and cut up into sections and dumped in two separate trash cans your flash will start rotting, and that beautiful person you once were, is now a horrific sight, and the only company you have now are blowflies and maggots. It’s good we cannot see the future. Just imagine if she could. She would do everything to delay the next day.
