As the SC served justice to former ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan, it reminisces the political conspiracies of the case. Many people including Padmaja Venugopal, K Muralidharan, Cherian Philip etc claim that the case was fabricated to dethrone K Karunakaran from the CM Post and it was crafted by the AK Antony and Oommen Chandy led Congress faction. Rajmohan Unnithan, a Karunakaran supporter confirms the allegations, while KPCC President MM Hassan acts ignorant.
