Tammi, I like that you set your limits and protect your equipment which is your investment and provides you your income. As always I enjoyed your video and seeing Roxy. Also I enjoyed being along for another load in the books!

Thank you 😊 That goes for anything in life.The other people don't care.When you lose your job they won't help pay the bills.

As much trouble as the guy had backing alongside your truck to load the underlayment I bet he would have taken a long time to back his pickup around that curve. Thanks for the video

As much as I love job site deliveries. You definitely have to stand your ground sometimes. I think they were more pushy with you because you’re female.

Yes I have 2 tings going against me.Im a female 1st and a Prime driver 2nd.If they wanna do thier job twice they can.I hooe peopke watching will stand up and make them load it properly. Don't risk it because the guy loading doesn't do his job right.

YEARS AGO, I watched a vid where this poor SOB driver had a DOWNTOWN delivery in some big ass city. Once downtown he had to do a 90 blind backing turn into a tight ass alley, back down the alley, do another 90 to the loading dock. All the buildings around were old ass brick built way back like the 1930s maybe. Definitely not designed for todays simis. The driver got it tho. hats off to him. He earned an extra ration of grog. !

I had to tell people no a few times back in the day. My road truck just wasn't built for construction sites.

Yep,especially when the risk is all on us.

Never engage a risky maneuver if they don't have a big pay loader ready to lift your rear loaded trailer, their ground is questionable especially before a rain
@TruckerTrashTammie7 ай бұрын
The wide angle on the gopro doesn't show that drop off.It was pretty steep.

Good 👍 call Tammie, you’re a gambler but not with your truck. You got to know when to hold em know when to fold em and walk away. 😎Dave H

They need a bigger loader or need to add some extra weights on the rear Loader

I don’t blame you for not backing down that narrow road, if they wanted trucks to go down there they should have either widened the road or made it so you had some way to get back out.

I edited it out.The concrete supervisor come up got ugly telling me he had trucks coming.I set my brakes got out told him he didn't tell me how to drive my truck.I leaned on my deer guard called Wes and waited for the supervisor.

Delivery to a Construction site has its Challenges. Especially when The Road is Really Muddy.
