It really is something when a couple can pretend that everything is ok to the public. I never would have guessed this marriage was in trouble. I suspect that despite what they will do moving forward to keep everything suppressed, the truth will eventually be revealed. How sad for the entire family. It’s always sad when couples make this decision….especially because of the kids. However, if handled carefully, the kids should emerge without too many scars.

It is not just about the parents. I am trying not to judge and be "liberal" but the children deserved a chance in a quiet environnement with their parents and then, they could divorce if it didn't work out. I wish them well. His son had a drunken party at 24 Sussex where an ambulance had to be called to an alcohol overdose for an underage party guest. Did he step down to "help take care of his children?" Heck no.
