Wow! This is so good and thank you for beef not chicken in this video. I have to make prime ribs this weekend but sine I don't have BBQ outside I wonder how long will it cook in the oven and what temperature?

Glad you enjoyed it Victoria! With a oven I would do 450F for 40 minutes in the oven. Then after 40 min. I would drop the heat down to 275-300F and not open the oven for 2 hours. You should get a perfect Med rare

Haha Thank you my friend! Max heat I had it at 450F for 40 min and when I dropped the heat for 2 hours. It went down to 275F-300F
