Primeape's Presidential base speed stat of 95 zooms past any other fighting type, and it's Presidential ability Vital Spirit makes it immune to such technologies as Spore Breloom, and Hypnosis Gengar. Did you consider this? Did you consider that Primeape is in fact the ruler of ADV OU and is merely getting the recognition now that it's always deserved? You fools. This thing has fast STAB Dynamic Punch. Yes it's a 50% hit chance but what if you just don't miss. Insane value generated.
